Cel could possible mean shaded. I looked it up (on dictionary.com) and it said a single paneled cartoon (frame in Anime-talk) so I'd think they'd be shaded if they were one framed. And Hugs back to you.

In other words for the day, it's snowing, my Ani-phase is over, and I have a party to go to tomorrow (it's a Christmas party, but to tell you the truth I think it's a Chanukkah party (seeing as tomorrow is the 5th day of Chanukkah XD). But, happy Chanukkamas! :D (for those of you who don't know what chanukkamas is, it's a mix of Chanukkah and Christmas put together (seeing as Chanukkah comes first, and christmas comes after it) and I also celebrate both these holidays so HA! DOUBLE THE PRESENTS! >:))
